It is a permanent campaign available in the Port Campaigns panel. Progress is mission-by-mission with ordinary tasks that earn stars and finales that unlock the next stage.
The headline finale reward is rare commander Nikolai Vilkov with 12 skill points (plus Supercontainers / commemorative marks as shown in-client). Mid-mission rewards (credits, signals, containers, etc.) follow the live client tables.
Yes. The calculator lists 5 mission parts. Select only what you still need — Total is the sum of those parts.
Tier VIII and above. Exact restrictions are printed on each task card in the client — send a screenshot of open missions if unsure.
